Job summary

Wipro in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Performance Testing engineer to design, develop, and maintain codeless, model-based test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca for web, mobile and API apps, and to execute functional and regression tests.

You will define end-to-end performance test strategies, drive load testing with LoadRunner and JMeter, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure releases meet SLA/KPI targets and

Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing across web, API and mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on testing across CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deep hands-on experience in LoadRunner and end-to-end test architecture.
• Web and API performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter; identify response times and bottlenecks.
• Define and drive enterprise performance test strategy, standards and governance aligned to SLA/KPIs.
• Drive capacity planning, performance forecasting and scalability assessments.
• Background in performance test framework creation, scripting and analysis.
• Experience in non-functional testing: load, volume, stress and back-out.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to management.
• Debug performance bottlenecks and drive end-to-end performance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Job description

Performance Testing designs develops, and maintains codeless, model-based test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca to enhance application quality. Responsibilities include creating reusable test components (Modules), executing functional/regression tests for web/mobile applications, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and driving risk-based testing strategies to optimize release frequency and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

• Technologies: Experience PerforWeb, API, and Mobile applications.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep hands-on experience in Load runner / Load runner cloud and end to end test architecture
• Experience in Web and API performance testing using Load runner, JMeter and identifying response time, breakdown, threshold point for an application or microservices
• Define and drive enterprise performance test strategy, standards, governance aligned to SLA/KPIs
• Drive capacity planning, performance forecasting, and scalability assessments when applicable
• A background in performance test framework creation, scripting and execution and knowledge of performance analysis tools
• Experience in non-functional testing-load, volume, stress and back-out
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues
• debugging, identify performance bottlenecks and can individually drive end to end performance testing
