Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within Italian or European cuisine.

• Strong technical pastry skills with attention to detail and structure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pastry Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution.
• Prepare and execute Italian pastry items in line with established recipes and brand standards.
• Oversee mise-en-place, production schedules, and quality control within the pastry section.
