Job summary

Mindrift invites medical professionals to contribute to health-focused AI training projects. US-based clinicians with clinical licenses participate on a part-time, non-permanent basis, evaluating AI-generated health content and creating realistic training tasks.

Candidates should have strong English skills and active clinical practice. Projects are flexible in time commitment, approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medicine, or a related field (nursing, psychology, dietetics, etc.) with clinical training
• A current, valid US license to practice (medical license for physicians; the relevant state license for adjacent roles)
• Active clinical practice, with 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience (board certification is a plus)
• Strong written English (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content
• Review responses to clinical questions and assess medical accuracy and safety
• Label outputs against clear quality criteria
• Create complex realistic tasks that push frontier AI agents to their limits
