Qualifications

• Strong analytical and systems thinking required for designing AI agents and automation.
• Ability to break down human workflows into structured steps and reassemble into robust automations.
• Understanding of how web services, APIs, and tools interact in distributed environments.
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms to build agent workflows.
• Basic familiarity with data formats (JSON), APIs, and webhooks.
• Demonstrated ownership and responsibility in ambiguous projects.
• Comfort with fast iteration and experimental environments.
• Proficient English for documentation and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and automations using internal no-code and low-code tooling.
• Configure agent workflows, tools, and orchestration logic.
