MADI International is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, representing our Skin Care Brands. If you are passionate about beauty and have strong B2B sales experience, we would love to hear from you.

You will build and maintain relationships with salons, beauty centers, and professional clients, develop sales strategies, and close deals while collaborating with Marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within skincare, beauty, or FMCG.
• Experience managing and developing B2B client relationships, preferably with salons and beauty professionals.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, beauty centers, and professional clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Conduct client visits, present products, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support brand campaigns, promotions, and other business initiatives.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
• Willingness to work in an outdoor sales role with regular client visits across Riyadh.
