Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Lead to oversee the operation, development, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The role focuses on aligning SCM solutions with business requirements through configuration, customization, and system integration.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on Oracle EBS SCM experience, including Purchasing, Order Management, ASCP, BOM/WIP, and PL/SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with BOM / WIP.
• Hands-on experience with ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning).
• Experience analyzing business processes and translating operational requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with technical customizations and system integrations.
• Experience providing user support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS SCM functionality and related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle SCM modules within Oracle EBS.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that Oracle SCM solutions are aligned with operational processes and business requirements through functional configuration, customization, user support, performance optimization, and system integration, contributing to efficient and sustainable supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Supply Chain modules within Oracle EBS, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Manufacturing.
• Configure system settings in line with approved operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure the readiness, stability, and efficient operation of Oracle SCM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify system limitations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and workflows for Supply Chain modules.
• Use PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports to implement required system modifications.
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces between SCM modules and other systems.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide ongoing technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Perform regular Oracle EBS maintenance activities, including system updates and upgrades.

• Monitor system performance and continuously identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end users and technical teams.

• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle EBS SCM practices and technologies and implement relevant improvements.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as assigned by direct management.
