Job summary

Vrinda International seeks a seasoned Oracle Fusion CX & CPQ Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Fusion CX and CPQ for IT services clients, driving sales efficiency and customer engagement through aligned configurations.

You will bridge business requirements with technical design, configure Fusion Sales and CPQ, develop Groovy-based extensions, and create intuitive interfaces using Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on IT services experience with Oracle Fusion technologies.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Sales and Oracle CPQ configuration and implementation.
• Strong Groovy scripting for backend customization and data integration.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Customer Experience (CX) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role demands an individual capable of bridging complex business requirements with advanced technical configurations to drive sales efficiency and customer engagement. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor, ensuring seamless integration of sales processes while leveraging deep expertise in Oracle's ecosystem to deliver scalable, high-performance outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Oracle Fusion Sales and CPQ modules to align with specific client business models and operational workflows.
• Develop custom logic and extensions using Groovy scripting to enhance standard application functionality and address unique business challenges.
• Utilize Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio to create tailored user interfaces and streamline user experiences.
• Design and execute Bulk File Data Import (FBDI) processes to facilitate efficient data migration and synchronization across systems.
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Service applications to ensure robust customer support and service delivery mechanisms.
• Manage complex CPQ configurations, including pricing rules, product catalogs, and approval workflows, to accelerate the quote-to-cash cycle.
• Author and maintain Business Model Language (BML) and Business Model Query Language (BMQL) scripts to support advanced customization and reporting needs.

Requirements

• Possess 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the IT Services industry, with a specialized focus on Oracle Fusion technologies.
• Demonstrate proven proficiency in Oracle Fusion Sales and Oracle CPQ configuration and implementation.
• Exhibit strong technical skills in Groovy scripting for backend logic and customization.
• Have extensive experience with Oracle Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio for frontend development.
• Be well-versed in FBDI methodologies for data loading and management.
• Show expertise in leveraging BIP and OTBI for business intelligence and reporting.
• Possess working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Service applications.
• Demonstrate the ability to create and manage BML/BMQL scripts for complex business logic and reporting requirements.
