Role Summary

The Oracle EPM Track Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. This role combines deep functional expertise in Oracle EPM with strong track-level leadership to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of EPM solutions aligned with business strategy and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle EPM Functional Leadership – Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery across EPM modules, including: Planning (PBCS / EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Narrative Reporting.
• Translate business and finance requirements into scalable, future-ready EPM solutions.
• Define, implement, and enforce EPM best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure solution alignment with financial planning, reporting, consolidation, and compliance requirements.
• Track Lead & Delivery Management – Act as the primary owner of the EPM track, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with program management, other functional track leads, and technical teams.
• Lead functional workshops, design walkthroughs, and solution approval sessions with key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to program governance, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Review and approve functional designs, configurations, test plans, and deployment artifacts.
• Support & Optimization – Oversee post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system optimization activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, usability, and business value.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial cycles as required.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for EPM-related client communications.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants and EPM team members.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in a Track Lead, Lead Consultant, or Solution Lead role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Experience managing large or complex EPM implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting).
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or global finance environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
