Role Summary

The Oracle eAM Senior Consultant / Oracle SCM Track Lead leads the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management within the Oracle SCM Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle eAM Cloud solutions.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and map requirements to Oracle SCM Cloud best practices.
  • Configure and support Asset Master, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Resource Scheduling, Maintenance and Asset Costing.
  • Support end‑to‑end asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and execution.
  • Manage integrations between eAM and other SCM/ERP modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Costing, and Financials.
  • Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
  • Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, and continuous system optimization.
  • Support month‑end close activities and ongoing operational maintenance cycles.
  • Act as the SCM Track Lead, owning end‑to‑end delivery for the assigned SCM scope.
  • Coordinate solution design and delivery across modules such as eAM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Costing, Order Management.
  • Lead functional workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design review sessions with stakeholders.
  • Manage track‑level planning, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SCM‑related client communications.
  • Ensure alignment with overall program governance, quality standards, and SLAs.
  • Review and approve functional designs, configurations, test scripts, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Oracle SCM functional experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle eAM.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle SCM Cloud implementations in a track lead or senior consultant role.
  • Strong understanding of asset‑intensive industries and maintenance operations.
  • Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud integrations and data migration activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle SCM Cloud or eAM certifications.
  • Experience working in large‑scale or multi‑country implementations.
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
