Job summary

Napco National in Saudi Arabia seeks a maintenance-focused professional to observe asset state and determine status using real-time data to optimize maintenance resources and minimize downtime. You will apply Lean principles such as JIT, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, and PDCA, and develop tools and training to respond quickly to customer needs while controlling output, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools
• Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable NAPCO to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while still controlling output, quality and cost.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
• Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
