Job summary

Amazon Operations is offering a 2027 Program Manager Internship. This full-time, 3–6 month program starts in Q2 2027 and may be field based. Interns will join operations, retail, or seller services teams to learn Amazon business processes, work on impactful projects, and develop mentorship opportunities.

Successful candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a 2027–2028 graduation window and possess advanced English proficiency to communicate across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Available to commence an internship between January and December 2027; 3–6 months, full-time (40h/week).

Responsibilities

• Join one of Amazon Operations, Retail, or Seller Services teams as a Program Manager intern.
• Understand Amazon business processes and develop solutions with impact.
