SEVEN seeks an embedded finance business partner for Operations across its entertainment destinations. You will provide financial leadership, strategic insights, and decision support to venue management teams while driving profitability and cost optimization.

You will collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics to optimize EBITDA and ensure strong financial controls across all venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• MBA preferred.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in finance.

Responsabilités

• Own venue P&L and drive EBITDA targets across destinations.
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to venue and operations managers.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with seasonality and event calendars.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining guest experience.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory controls, and audits across venues.
