Job summary

Worley is seeking an Operational Readiness Engineer to support the transition from project delivery to steady-state operations. You will join a cross-functional team to implement readiness plans, validate asset data, and ensure maintainability across design, commissioning and handover.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, supply chain, construction, and O&M teams, focusing on procedures, training, and data verification to achieve safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain elements of the Operational Readiness Plan.
• Assist in validating asset information within AIM and CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance and reliability teams to incorporate maintainability into designs.
• Develop and upload preventive and predictive maintenance tasks into CMMS.
• Support distribution and tagging of long-lead items and spares.
• Draft, review and validate SOPs, EOPs, and job aids.
