Müller`s Solutions in Jeddah is seeking an OpenText SuccessFactors HR Workflow Consultant to design, implement, and optimize HR workflows integrated with OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will work with clients to translate business needs into configuration changes, ensuring efficient HR operations and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and HR/IT/business background.
• 3+ years as HR Workflow Consultant with OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong HR process knowledge and workflow optimization.

We are seeking a qualified OpenText SuccessFactors HR Workflow Consultant to join our team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Workflow Consultant with expertise in OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with a focus on optimizing efficiency.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR workflows in OpenText and SuccessFactors environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with integration of OpenText and other SAP modules is a plus.
