Job summary

A leader in energy solutions is seeking a commissioning specialist to perform services and maintenance activities, including testing and validation of equipment. The successful candidate will manage commissioning activities on-site, ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations, and develop strong customer relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in Substation Automation systems are required. The position demands good communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Substation Automation systems.
• Ability to travel 75% or more outside base city.
• Good knowledge in SAS, Network, IEC61850 protocol.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities related to testing and validation of equipment.
• Ensure compliance to PMH, GRID Quality & EHS Policies and procedures.
• Prepare final Commissioning report highlighting problem areas.
