Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site activities across multiple projects. You will ensure delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and compliant with quality standards and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in a senior site leadership role on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from project commencement to completion.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and execution strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor forces.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and approved method statements.
• Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and work methodologies.
• Manage subcontractors performance, scope, and deliverables to ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify construction risks and resolve technical or site-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and site documentation for management review.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities.
