Job summary

Saipem is seeking an Offshore Structural Designer to join the Asset Based Services team within Offshore Structural Engineering. You will support structural design of jackets and top sides, prepare drawings, and develop 3D models under supervision.

Collaboration with project specialists and other designers is essential as you deliver drawings and documentation for timely project execution. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a technical diploma, with 1–2 years in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or technical diploma.
Preferably 1–2 years of offshore engineering experience.
MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge; 3D modeling software is desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare project structural drawings under the supervision of the Lead Designer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Perform 3D modeling activities, developing and updating models to support design and engineering teams.
Interface effectively with Project Specialists and other Designers, ensuring consistency across disciplines.
Contribute to the preparation and organization of project deliverables, such as drawings, material takeoffs and 3D models.
Apply company procedures, industry standards and safety requirements to all drafting and modeling activities.
Support design reviews by providing updated drawings, models and documentation, and by implementing comments and revisions.
