Entry or Junior Position — Strong Fit Criteria

• A strong academic record with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized university in engineering, business, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Interest in purchasing and supply chain management, preferably with initial experience in these areas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in Arabic and English).
• Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking skills, and creativity in problem solving.
• You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy performance‑oriented work.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ambition to grow in a fast‑scaling regional platform.

Manager Position — Strong Fit Criteria

• A strong academic record with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized university in engineering, business, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• A postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPS).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in consulting or advisory environments, solving complex, ambiguous client problems.
• Industry experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or capital‑intensive sectors.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Ability to apply data, analytics, and AI‑enabled approaches to improve procurement, operations, and capital project outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in Arabic and English).
• Ability to excel in high‑performance, multi‑disciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure, ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities.
