Job summary

Precision Group in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Plastics Mould Technician to support mould changes and set up process equipment, ensuring minimal setup time while meeting product specifications. The role requires CIPET/ITI background with plastics processing knowledge and hands-on ISBM/IM experience.

Responsibilities include in-process quality checks, machine maintenance, safe operation under SOPs, and mentoring operators. Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-preparation task for mould changes to minimize downtime.
• Load moulds per SOP and set machines per product specs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure production efficiency.
• Observe machines for abnormalities and take corrective action.
• Carry out maintenance on change parts and mould accessories.
• Maintain mould history cards and document work.
• Follow HSE guidelines and SOPs on shop floor.
• Provide on-job training to operators and assist in department objectives.
