Job summary

stc is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Mobile Satellite Portfolio Mgmt. You will guide strategy, oversee product lifecycles, pricing, and go-to-market plans in coordination with commercial and technical teams in Saudi Arabia.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration and governance to ensure market success of satellite services and bundles across channels.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, mobile satellite services, or related connectivity services

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of stc’s organization strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision making along with other members of the Executive Team.
• Directs and manages the Mobile Satellite Portfolio Mgmt mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Leads and monitors change in Mobile Satellite Portfolio Mgmt providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in Mobile Satellite Portfolio Mgmt
• Gather input from Commercial Strategy and identify Satellite product requirements
• Coordinate with Commercial Strategy to ensure customer needs are translated to clear product needs
• Develop & maintain Satellite product portfolio of packages in alignment with marketing plan.
• Manage Satellite services’ lifecycle, revenues and profitability and monitor services pricing
• Manage Satellite services bundles commercial launch in coordination with technical and commercial counterparts
• Monitor Satellite services and Add-ons lifecycle, (including sales, retention and market communication), revenues and profitability, and conduct regular product deep dives, recommend corrective actions and ensure their executions
• Develop and maintain Satellite services and bundles roadmap, and participate in the development of postpaid yearly market plan
• Develop and monitor Satellite services and Add-ons pricing in coordination with Pricing team based on the market dynamic
• Support Marketing Communication in the development of Satellite services and Add-ons communication plans and briefs
• Coordinate with Satellite Campaign management to maximize Satellite plan uptake, maximize sales and minimize retention
• Coordinate Mobility Services and other B2C services product managers to launch bundled and integrated products
• Coordinate with (stc Channels) to ensure market share and sales target are achieved
• Determine the optimum commission scheme and sales mix within different channels
• Coordinate with (stc Channels) and Customer Care to prepare relevant support material for Satellite services and bundles sales and customer service
• Coordinate with Commercial Strategy to conduct relevant customer-level analysis on Satellite services and bundles to generate insights and recommendations
• Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.
• Directs planning and selection of manpower the section in line with the business and operational plans.
• Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Section.

Education
