Microsoft CRM Technical Consultant Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components, including entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
  • Design and implement complex CRM integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Perform data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity across environments.
  • Optimize CRM system performance, conduct performance tuning, and ensure scalability.
  • Work with version control tools (e.g., Git-TFS) and follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Integrate CRM with SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third‑party systems.
  • Understand and manage SQL Server Availability Groups and failover configurations.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of network protocols and assist in resolving connectivity or integration‑related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 CE) development and customization.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint configuration, integration, and high‑availability setup.
