Overview

Marketing Communications - Assist with the development and delivery of marketing communications to support the business plan and increase sales.

Marketing
  • Use the marketing system and protocols to deliver mostly routine support services.
Brand Strategy and Effectiveness
  • Recognize the role of brand guidelines in protecting the brand, carry out brand management tasks, and provide support to others.
Brand Positioning
  • Apply brand guidelines and brand templates and inform the organization on the importance of brand alignment and positioning.
Work Scheduling and Allocation
  • Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Operations Management
  • Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
Internal Client Relationship Management
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
Performance Management
  • Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
Personal Capability Building
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
