Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Project Finance Specialist to join the Capital Markets & Financing Department. The role focuses on expert analysis of project financing and structured finance for energy, chemicals, power and infrastructure ventures.

You will develop debt/equity solutions and align with company development strategies. The successful candidate will have seven+ years in project/corporate finance, strong modeling skills, and a background in banking or large energy corporations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Information Systems, Engineering or Business; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
History of career progression with seven+ years in project finance/corporate finance, preferably in banking or energy.
Experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, Debt Capital Markets.
Exposure to joint venture development of mega-projects and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Advise on bankability of project agreements and financing risk.
Prepare business plans, financial forecasts, funding strategies and execution plans.
Coordinate investment banks, project advisors, lenders for project financing.
Provide expertise for analysis and solution of complex Treasury project finance problems.
Lead multi-disciplinary project evaluation teams to support growth and profitability.
Monitor economic/banking trends and advise management on opportunities and risks.
