Job summary

Novartis Saudi Arabia | نوفارتس السعودية is hiring a Medical Manager who will design and execute Medical Affairs plans for an assigned therapy area, provide scientific information, support trial design and execution, and build educational dialogue with medical experts and regulatory stakeholders.

This role requires an MD/PharmD/PhD and at least two years in Medical Affairs, with Arabic and English fluency, and will involve 50% external stakeholder engagement and 50% office-based work.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD required.
• Minimum 2 years’ Medical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Neuroscience experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical enquiries accurately and timely.
• Provide medical input into clinical trial and research activities.
• Support local evidence-generation activities including non-interventional studies.
• Build scientific partnerships with medical experts and regulatory stakeholders.
• Review and approve medical and promotional materials for compliance.
• Share actionable medical insights with cross-functional teams.
• Role involves 50% external stakeholder engagement and 50% office-based responsibilities.
