Responsibilities

Should have a Diploma in Mechanical engineering or vocational certificate in appropriate discipline and a minimum experience of 5 year in mechanical maintenance of equipment similar those in a large utility company or experience in large petrochemical /refinery. shall have been in the field of repair, maintenance servicing and overhaul. He should have experience in operation of mechanical and electro mechanical equipment and system. He shall be conversant with usage of measuring and testing instrument.

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems and components in various oil and energy projects.
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and inspect mechanical systems and related work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to mechanical projects.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to provide effective mechanical solutions.
• Participate in the commissioning and start-up of new mechanical systems.
