Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support PMO team in planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Assist in coordinating activities between engineering, construction, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare meeting minutes and assist in updating project schedules and baselines.
• Support progress tracking, reports, dashboards, and KPI updates.
• Ensure proper filing of technical documents and compliance with PMO standards.
