Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP construction activities and ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure materials and equipment required for work are available on site.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise RFIs for clarification.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Track workforce, productivity, and material usage.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Ensure corrective actions are taken for any non‑conformities.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe work practices on site.
• Coordinate with HSE team to prevent accidents and hazards.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records, inspection requests, and site observations.
• Assist in preparing as‑built drawings and handover documentation.
