Job description

We are looking for a Staff Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will design and optimize assembly processes, support new product trials, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize assembly process flows, including tooling and fixture design and validation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate process documentation for manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in new product trials and resolve functional or mechanical issues during pilot production.
  • Complete problem reports and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
  • Respond rapidly to technical issues on production lines and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and product development teams to ensure process compliance.
  • Support implementation of best practices and standards across manufacturing operations.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering, experience in PC/laptop or consumer electronics assembly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly tolerance analysis and ability to design fixtures independently.
  • Skilled in CAD/SolidWorks and other engineering drawing software.
