Job summary

SAMI Airbus in Riyadh region seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure optimal fleet availability for in-service support while upholding the highest safety standards. You will manage maintenance tasks from CAMO through MRO to closure, coordinating resources for both scheduled and unscheduled work.

The role requires English proficiency, the ability to read aircraft manuals, and strong ERP skills (M4A, AMOS, SAP, Trax). Experience in MCC or similar environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Cross-functional role for receiving and evaluating maintenance tasks.
• Arrange tools, materials, hangar and manpower for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Manage AOG situations by coordinating all stakeholders for aircraft recovery.
• Review PFRs and plan corrective actions as required.
• Monitor MEL/CDL items and plan maintenance actions for closures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance tasks from CAMO through execution to closure.
• Coordinate resources for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Lead aircraft recovery in AOG scenarios with stakeholders.

Job description

The jobholder shall contribute to ensure an optimal In-service support maintenance solution, supporting MCC to achieve excellent fleet availability with the highest quality and safety standards.

Core Responsibility

• Cross functional role for receiving and evaluating maintenance tasks received from CAMO and its execution through the MRO till its closure.
• Arrangement of Tools, materials, Hangar and Manpower required for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Management of AOG situation by combining all stake holders for Aircraft recovery.
• Review and evaluation of PFR’s and plan its corrective actions as required.
• Monitoring and Evaluation of MEL/CDL items and plan maintenance action for its closures accordingly.
• Support long term and create short term plan for Aircraft maintenance.
• Create and Manage work packages in ERP + Hard copies for Line/Base maintenance.
• Monitoring of Aircraft logbooks and management of its discrepancies.
• Maintaining Technical records in ERP for the assigned fleet.

Skills & Knowledge

• Negotiation level at English language (Technical & Aeronautical).
• Knowledge and proficiency in reading and interpretation of Aircraft and component manuals.
• Good Computer skills with at least knowledge in MS office and airworthiness ERPs (M4A, AMOS, SAP, Trax..)
• Highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.

Job Requirement

• Formal Training on Airbus Fleet.
• At least two (4) years of experience working in MCC or similar environment.
