EJADA in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled MDM/RDM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Informatica MDM and RDM across the enterprise. You will establish data models, governance controls, matching rules, and data quality processes to create trusted master and reference data.

You will partner with business stakeholders to define standards, support migrations, and provide production support. The role requires hands-on MDM experience, data governance know-how, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT/Data Management or related field.
• CDMP or Data Governance certifications.
• +5 years of experience in MDM/RDM, Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Informatica MDM solutions.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and data quality tools.

Responsabilités

• Implement, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM and RDM solutions.
• Design and maintain enterprise master data models and reference data structures.
• Manage key master data domains including Customers, Products, Suppliers, Vendors, Assets, and Organizational Data.
• Develop matching, merging, survivorship, and Golden Record creation rules.
• Implement data governance controls, stewardship workflows, and approvals.
• Design and support data quality, profiling, validation, cleansing, and remediation activities.
• Configure hierarchy management, relationship management, and reference data governance frameworks.
• Integrate MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, databases, and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance standards and business rules.
• Monitor master data quality metrics, compliance, and governance KPIs.
• Support data migration, synchronization, and master data consolidation initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, mapping specs, governance procedures, and operating models.
• Provide troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support for MDM/RDM platforms.

The Master & Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions. The role ensures the creation of trusted, consistent, and governed master and reference data across enterprise systems by establishing data models, governance controls, matching and survivorship rules, and data quality processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions.
• Design and maintain enterprise master data models and reference data structures.
• Manage key master data domains including Customers, Products, Suppliers, Vendors, Assets, and Organizational Data.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• CDMP or Data Governance certifications.
• +5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Informatica MDM solutions.
• Experience defining master data governance frameworks and business processes.
• Experience working with enterprise integrations, data quality tools, and data management platforms.
