Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an experienced E&I Engineer (Construction Support) with 5–10 years of marine and shipbuilding project experience to provide electrical and instrumentation engineering support to shipyard production teams. You will review drawings, resolve installation issues, and ensure E&I systems conform to project specs and marine standards.

Responsibilities include preparing, updating, and coordinating 2D/3D E&I drawings, cable schedules, and installation details while

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
5–10 years in E&I engineering or CS in marine/shipbuilding/offshore projects.
Hands-on experience in CS, shipyard production support, and E&I drawing modifications.

Responsibilities

Provide CS support for E&I installation in marine/shipbuilding/offshore projects.
Review and revise E&I drawings, cable routing, layouts, and schedules.
Coordinate with Hull Structure, Machinery Outfitting, Piping, HVAC, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free integration.
Resolve TQs, site issues, and installation-related engineering problems.
Maintain updated production drawings and documentation.
