Job description

Responsible for the application and management of standardized manufacturing / production methods. Strong involvement in continuous improvement. Responsible for the performance of one or several processes through non‑hierarchical animation of teams.

Responsibilities
  • Align resources with needs within a short‑term horizon, execute trainings as necessary for successful execution of standardized work, lead short‑interval management at line/process level, formulate/escalate issues when necessary. Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
  • Identify non‑compliant situations and behaviours.
  • Ensure proper application of the Process Quality Control Plan.
  • Contribute or lead continuous improvement actions.
  • Make sure operators are trained and validate training levels.
  • Drive real‑time adjustments of staff according to the needs.
  • Drive the actions to achieve service level, quality products, WIP; ensure productivity goals are reached.
  • Synchronize support function actors on short‑term actions.
  • Escalate any disruptions occurring during the shift according to the escalation process.
  • Lead level 1 short‑interval cycle according to lean manufacturing rules, ensuring the quality of information provided to the Supervisor for level 2 short‑interval cycle.
Technical Support
  • Provide technical assistance levels 1‑3 to operators and/or drivers in manufacturing.
  • Ensure consistent optimal operation of the means.
  • Perform complex settings.
  • Manage change‑over, setup, and maintenance activities levels 1‑3.
  • Supervise prototypes adjustment.
  • Ensure the quality data in the IT system (CMMS, ERP, etc.).
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • English B1 proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quality improvement tools, techniques & models.
  • Performance‑management tools such as LDS, DISS, MES, ERP.
