• Apply strict, standardized processes across manufacturing/production with scope including basic maintenance.
• Act as a strong contributor to continuous improvement.
• Identify and communicate risks to health, safety, quality and environment to the Team Leader, reporting incidents and near misses.
• Record barriers and performance in Red/Green follow-up and maintain records.
• Ensure maintenance level 1 & 2 is performed and documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing/production processes across a broad scope including for example some basic maintenance processes.
• Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
• Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment, including reporting all incidents and near misses.
• Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.
• Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards.
• Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance).
• Ensure proper recording of barriers and performance in Red / Green follow up.
• Ensure maintenance level 1 & 2.
