Job summary

Alkhorayef Petroleum Company is seeking a continuous improvement professional to support planning with detailed drawings, project specs and cost estimates. You will contribute to new business initiatives, review Lean impacts and present analysis to technical leads and clients as required.

You will participate to develop a robust continuous improvement strategy with management and stakeholders, implement cultural change, and drive business improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Six Sigma and FMEA is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Previous Oil and Gas experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support to prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates.
• Help contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review the impact on Lean activities.
• Observe and present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary.
• Participate to develop a robust continuous improvement strategy with Management Team and key stakeholders.
• Implement and support cultural change and drive business improvement across the organization.
• Learn to develop, deliver and support delivery of business improvement initiatives and contribute towards improvement standards.
• Observe to undertake business process analysis and statistical analysis for improvement, supporting wider change.
• Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities such as planning and running lean events.
• Collaborate to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems; conduct risk assessments of processes.

• Observe to present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary.
• Participate to develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders.
• Implement and support cultural change across the organization and drive business improvement.
• Learn to develop, deliver and support delivery of business improvement change initiatives. Develop and contribute towards improvement standards in line with best practice.
• Observe to undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement and to support wider change.
• Observe how to lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events.
• Collaborate to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
• Collaborate to conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
• Help to ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
