Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on sourcing technology-related goods and services in support of Qiddiya's operational goals
• Lead the negotiation process with suppliers to achieve favorable contract conditions and pricing
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in technology procurement
• Enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality
• Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the performance aligns with Qiddiya's standards
• Manage assessments of vendor performance and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure objectives are met
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and suppliers to ensure seamless integration and support
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organization policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare comprehensive reports that detail procurement expenditures, vendor performance, and achievement against targets
• Assist in budget management by monitoring procurement spend and forecasting needs based on operational requirements

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience in technology procurement, with significant exposure to supply chain management and contract negotiations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional accreditation (CIPS or equivalent) is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of technology products and the procurement market
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and market research tools
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous
• Experience working in the Gulf region, with a good understanding of the local business practices and supplier landscape is preferred
