Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and proactive Manager - Power to join our dynamic team.

In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of power management for our large-scale development projects, ensuring that energy systems are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet the operational and sustainability goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement power management strategies that align with Qiddiya’s vision and sustainability commitments.
  • Lead the design and engineering of power distribution systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams and external consultants to ensure the integration of power systems into broader project plans.
  • Manage the procurement and installation of electrical equipment and materials.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for power generation options, including renewable energy sources.
  • Monitor power consumption, performance data, and system reliability to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all power‑related inquiries and issues within the organization.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for power management projects while ensuring adherence to financial controls.
  • Foster relationships with local authorities, utility companies, and stakeholders to advocate for Qiddiya's power initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
