Job summary

SNC-Lavalin is hiring for a Senior Manager to join the Organization Excellence team in the MEA region. The role focuses on leading engagements within Capital Projects Advisory, Real Estate and Consulting services while building the client base across public and private sectors.

You will manage day-to-day activities, develop the team, and travel as required. Strong leadership, governance, and strategic delivery capabilities are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree qualified level or equivalent qualification; degree in Business Management or related field preferable.
• Overall experience: 12+ years for Senior Manager.
• Experience in the built environment with capabilities in Strategy, Organization Excellence, BPM, People Advisory, Capital Project Excellence.
• Experience in one or several key sectors and governance frameworks.
• Strong track record in capital projects environments and operating model design.
• Development of governance structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
• Experience with BPM tools, process design, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to profitability by identifying business development opportunities with clients.
• Identify opportunities for new and integrated services leveraging global capabilities.
• Use capital projects knowledge to develop innovative value propositions.
• Work within traditional and agile project environments with high ambiguity and quality delivery.
• Steer project execution to meet client expectations.
• Project manage time, cost and quality for consulting projects.
• Manage stakeholders and drive alignment across projects.
• Build relationships across SNC-Lavalin and with clients in the Middle East and beyond.
• Leverage data and technology to provide innovative solutions.
• Contribute to positioning Organization Excellence services through thought leadership and social media.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to junior staff; lead people-related initiatives including recruiting.
