Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Land Cost and Valuations within the Master Development Unit to shape the financial case for districts as they move through planning and design. You will develop district-level financial models and translate assumptions into outputs that support planning and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in real estate finance.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and project evaluation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing presentations to articulate recommendations from financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in land development, valuation or land transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine district feasibility models aligned with master-planning goals.
• Support financial model updates as districts progress from concept to detailed design.
• Prepare clear financial analysis and presentation materials for planning decisions.
• Refine land cost data within district-level financial models.
• Collaborate with district master development, planning and asset teams to gather data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial planning data.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision‑making.
• Improve financial processes and frameworks to boost efficiency.
