Job summary

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of ITIL and Infrastructure Monitoring.
  • Experience with ManageEngine tools is a big plus.

Overview

Trust Information Technology – a proud ManageEngine Golden Partner in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver impactful product demos & POCs
  • Engage with clients to understand their IT needs
  • Map solutions using ManageEngine tools (OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, ADManager Plus, etc.)
  • Support sales teams with technical proposals and compliance-aligned architecture
  • Conduct workshops, webinars & presales presentations
  • Stay updated on ITSM, ITOM, IAM, SIEM, and compliance (NCA, ISO, HIPAA…)
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Pre-sales, Solution Engineering, or IT Consultancy
  • Solid understanding of Networking, AD, ITIL, and Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Strong communication in English & Arabic
  • Experience with ManageEngine tools = big plus
  • Passion for customer success and solution-driven selling
  • Must be resident in Saudi Arabia with valid Iqama
