Job summary

Americana Foods - National Food Company in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team in a busy food manufacturing facility. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, drive reliability, and minimize downtime across packaging lines and utilities.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering, 8+ years in maintenance with 2+ years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of TPM, RCA, GMP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in Cake & Cookies, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/team leadership role.
• Strong experience with automated production lines, packaging equipment, and industrial utilities.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCA, preventive/predictive maintenance, GMP & HACCP.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and automation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and HSE standards.
• Support equipment upgrades, automation projects, and CAPEX implementation.
