Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Umluj, Saudi Arabia seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to manage corporate accounts, city ledger, and event billing. You will ensure accurate invoicing, monitor aging, and collaborate with Sales, Events, Reservations, Front Office and external partners to protect cash flow.

The role supports the Credit Manager and Finance leadership in maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring compliance, and delivering Rosewood’s luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional accounting certifications are an advantage.
• Hospitality finance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices for corporate accounts, travel agencies, events, and city ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in accordance with contracts and policies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with General Ledger regularly.
• Maintain accurate guest, corporate, and agency account records in the PMS.
• Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Receivable.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, Reservations, and Operations for billing accuracy.
