The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a hands‑on Linux and AIX professional stepping into a junior leadership position. You will support and evolve critical infrastructure in a high‑availability enterprise environment while contributing to automation, security, and performance improvements.

You’ll work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure system reliability and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support Linux (RHEL, SUSE) and AIX environments
• Administer IBM Power systems (LPARs, VIO, PowerVM)
• Automate deployments, patching, and configuration (Ansible)
• Perform performance tuning and root cause analysis
• Support DR, HA testing, and infrastructure readiness
• Ensure OS security, hardening, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of Linux / Unix experience
• Strong AIX and PowerVM expertise
• Experience with automation and scripting (Ansible, Bash)
• Exposure to hybrid environments and virtualization
• Familiarity with containers / OpenShift / Kubernetes is a plus
