Alkhorayef Petroleum Company is seeking a Lean Six Sigma leader to drive continuous improvement across a high-mix, low-volume ESP manufacturing environment in Saudi Arabia. The role covers ETO and MTO configurations, planning improvement projects, and delivering measurable manufacturing gains.

You will partner with the Management Team to deploy strategies, lead Kaizen and SMED events, and ensure sustainable change through standard work and visual management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Additional certifications in PM or quality management are advantageous.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing with continuous improvement focus.
• Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ETO and MTO production systems is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Prepare comprehensive improvement plans with detailed process maps, project specifications, and cost-benefit estimates for Lean Six Sigma initiatives across all 18 product lines.
• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects, reviewing and communicating impact on Lean activities and operational excellence goals.
• Present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders, and clients, demonstrating measurable improvements in manufacturing performance.
• Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and stakeholders, addressing HMLV manufacturing challenges.
• Implement and support cultural change across the organization, driving business improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop, deliver, and support delivery of business improvement change initiatives tailored to manual manufacturing processes and diverse workforce requirements.
• Develop and contribute towards improvement standards in line with Lean Six Sigma best practices for ESP manufacturing.
• Undertake detailed business process and statistical analyses for improvement initiatives and organizational change.
• Lead, define, and develop continuous improvement activities including Kaizen, value stream mapping, and SMED workshops.
• Perform systematic root cause analysis using Six Sigma tools to resolve complex manufacturing problems.
• Conduct detailed value stream mapping across ETO and MTO systems to identify waste sources.
• Implement Lean tools including 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban, and error-proofing for manual processes.
• Apply DMAIC/DMADV to reduce variation and improve quality.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
