BAE Systems is seeking a Supply Technical Instructor to lead specialist training activities and develop training within the TSI framework. You will design, develop and deliver courses, manage classroom procedures and ensure customer satisfaction in the Defence environment.

The role requires strong instructional experience, IT and LMS skills, and the ability to work across cultures while maintaining high standards. Full-time with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an advanced military trade school or EASA Part 147 training establishment or holding a university degree in Supply Management System.
• IELTS 5.0 overall (speaking/listening 5.0) within the last 2 years if non-native speaker.
• Experience and knowledge in City & Guilds Education and Training L2 is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Direct and lead specialist training functions in support of TSI.
• Design, develop, and deliver training courses aligned to customer needs.
• Produce training materials including curriculum, syllabuses, and assessments.
• Maintain training records using TMIS/LMS systems.
