Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline technology from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in substation automation projects, and OT security.
• Experience with security designs and architectures, best practices in network topology for OT
• Ability to prepare design documents and configuration/database for substation automation projects and conduct FAT.
• Knowledge of cyber security standards and regulations affecting utilities (IEC 62443, NERC CIP, IEEE 1686, IEC 62351).
• Fluent English speaking and writing mandatory

Responsibilities

• Estimate man-days for design activities during ITO stage.
• Support new opportunities preparation including site surveys and prequalification.
• Review RFQs touching on Cyber Security; propose compliant approaches per GE policies.
• Propose cyber security solutions ensuring core system compatibility.
• Create Security Assurance Plans (SAP) for projects.
• Configure cyber security devices and maintain security across installed base.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet technical standards.
• Ensure on-time delivery of design deliverables with quality and partner documents.
