Job summary

A leading construction and infrastructure firm in Riyadh seeks a Quantity Surveyor Engineer to manage cost control, estimation, and contract administration for various projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and has 5–10 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project expenditures, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet quality and budgetary requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years in construction & infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in construction and infrastructure projects with hands-on exposure to implementation and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and budgeting for infrastructure works.
  • Monitor project expenditures and variations to control costs.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Assist in contract administration, including claims and payments.
