AlGihaz is inviting an experienced Lead QA/QC Electrical Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control on major construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on civil and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specs, codes, and standards.

You will develop QA/QC plans, lead a team, review drawings, perform audits, and collaborate with contractors to drive timely, defect-free delivery while staying abreast of regulatory changes in the sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience in QA/QC for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and codes.
• Proficient in QA/QC reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all QA/QC activities on civil and electrical projects.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures for civil and electrical systems.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluation for the QA/QC team.
• Review electrical design drawings, specs, and submittals for compliance.
• Conduct inspections and audits of installations to verify standards.
• Document deviations and oversee corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to resolve quality issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
