Job summary

Sulzer in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple EPC, energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget compliance, and contractual obligations while guiding project teams of engineers and managers.

Responsibilities include managing LDs, change orders, EOTs, and risk mitigation, with governance reviews for Steering Committee and Executive Management. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Master's degree in engineering or project management is preferred; MBA is considered an advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Oversee the execution of multiple EPC, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects.
• Manage contractual obligations and commercial exposures including LDs, change orders, and EOT claims.
• Drive governance processes and readiness for Steering Committee and Executive Management reviews.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contractual matters and stakeholder communication.
