Job summary

BAE Systems in Dhahran seeks a Technical Services Lead to manage in-country RSAF Tornado technical issues, liaise with UK teams, and coordinate support with HQ and Base staff. You will prepare data for meetings, monitor critical technical orders, and drive completion of actions with internal stakeholders.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience, Part 66 or equivalent, and SEC registration. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential for high-level briefings and presentations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years post-qualification maintenance experience with at least 5 years in relevant CA environments.
• Educated to NVQ3/ONC/ONB/BTEC in a technical discipline related to aircraft maintenance or equivalent.
• Part 66 licensed (current or elapsed) or suitable equivalent.
• Saudi Engineering Council Registration is required.
• Desirable: NVQ5/BTEC/HND or degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with RSAF practices, Prime Contractor operations, and systems engineering.
• Excellent command of English; able to present to senior stakeholders and produce MS Office documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary DHahran contact for RSAF Tornado technical issues.
• Coordinate with UK Technical Services teams, RSAF HQ/Base staff, and subcontractors.
• Support TSS meetings, generate data packs, and track actions against suspense dates.
• Monitor TCTOs, TP DIRs, MDRs, and TQs; prepare replies and follow-ups.
• Draft and review SoWs; coordinate CWP duties and brief KAAB/HQ on progress.
