Qualifications

• Certifications such as HVAC, PMP, or Six Sigma demonstrate commitment to growth.
• Experience in industrial settings, manufacturing or construction to understand mechanical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance projects ensuring timely completion and safety adherence.
• Supervise and train technicians, providing hands-on guidance to enhance skills and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to identify areas for improvement or repair.
• Manage inventory and procurement of mechanical parts and tools to ensure availability while minimizing costs.
